46 –years old Muhammad Arshad is the resident of Gujranwala. He is a married man and a father to three children, all of whom are enrolled in academic institutions. Despite the fact that Arshad belongs to a poor socioeconomic background and couldn’t get himself educated beyond middle, he wants all his children to get educated. However aspiring only isn’t sufficient, rather materialization of the aspirations require concrete steps to be taken.
