Being an illiterate person, there is only a limited income Rashid can earn but this does not stop him from growing. Rashid works as a mechanic and runs his small workshop where he repairs motorcycles. Working as a mechanic for 13 years, he identified that he will not be able to earn more with his current business scenario. Since his expenses had increased after his marriage, he could not find a way to grow. It is through strong will and ambition to grow when Rashid came across Seed Out. He reached Seed Out for help to expand his workshop. Rashid has requested a loan of $210 to buy spare parts for his workshops. Along with doing mechanic work, he intends to sell spare parts to increase his profit margins. He is a well-reputed man in his community and has the ability to grow his business.
