Tasleem bibi's world shattered when her husband passed away and isolated her leaving behind the entire responsibility of their family that they made together on her shoulders. She however managed to cope up with it through the support of her 4 children and the motivation to start living for them and through them. She now wants to make herself something that defines her as other than the tag of a "widow". She wants to use her prowess that is the art of stitching clothes and do something with it. She hopes to start her own business of clothing but this is something that she cannot afford to do so because of the lack of assets that she has. Out of her 4 children only one is capable of helping her out with their financial situation.Her son is working as a cook at someones house. What he earns is not enough to handle their entire family of 5. The youngest son that she has is 8 years old and he is the only one who goes to school. Tasleem bibi wants to control her fate by herself and she believes that her plan of pursuing the business of stitching clothes would really help and make their family secure.
