Muhammad Saifullah, is living under ruthless living conditions, in Lahore, Pakistan. He is the only earning member of his family that comprises of his mother, wife, two young brothers and his six children. He works as a laborer in a factory nearby. With his current income he can hardly provide food and shelter for his family. His endless struggle and hard work is not enough to afford necessities like education and health.
