A loan of $180 helped to expand a general store.
Rubina Bibi is a married woman at the age of 45. Together with her husband and five school-going children, they live in Baggrian, which is a slum located in Lahore, Pakistan. Working as a team to bring food on the table and ensure they have a roof over their heads, Rubina runs a small general store that basically deals with households commodities, while her husband works for minimum wages in a factory. Though they both work, they still fall short when it comes to their family’s basic needs. To try and make ends meet, Rubina has decided to expand her small general store with an interest-free loan from Seed Out. This way, she is hopeful for their children’s better tomorrow. Though Seed Out is giving its best, it can only be made possible for Rubina to see the light at the end of the tunnel with your help and support in loans.
