Aziza Hashmi is a 32 years old, married women, She is a mother to seven children (6 daughters & a son). All her children are school goers. Her husband is running a dry cleaning shop from which he was generating inadequate income and eventually wasn’t able to meet the needs of the family successfully. Seeing this Aziza  realized the problem and decided to support her husband. Luckily, before her marriage she has acquired good 5 years of serving experience as a beautician in some local salon and now when the circumstances are calling for the extension in the income generation means, Aziza wants to open her own beauty salon, where by utilizing her experience she could be able to support her husband in meeting the familial needs.
