A loan of $360 helped grow a grocery store.

Muhammad Saleem Akhter is a father of 5 children and the sole bread earner of his family. All his children, except 3-year-old Dua, go to school. Saleem is a doting father and husband and tries very hard to take good care of his family. His old mother also lives with him and he alone fulfills the needs of them all. Saleem has been running a grocery store for the past 12 years. It was doing well and he even got a loan from Seed Out to grow it. His income considerably increased and his family was very happy. This was till COVID19 struck. The lockdown, unfortunately, greatly affected his business as customers demanded items on credit but did not repay. Since then, Saleem has been struggling to revive the business. It didn't work out and thus he has approached Seed Out for a loan to restock his store. We are eager to help him as he is not only hardworking but also a very honest man. As fellow countrymen, we must help him during this difficult time!
