A loan of $216 helped to expand a grocery store.
Farzana Bibi has a little grocery shop she started with some support from her husband. Her husband has a mobile repair service and goes door to door to repair household items. Building a business from scratch seemed impossible without access to credit but somehow with some loans from relative and meager savings they opened a shop. Anything that Farzana earns is spent to feed and care for their two young children and there isn’t any money left to invest in her business. One day Farzana was talking about their struggles and her neighbor told her about Seedout. Farzana who is willing to do anything to make a better life for her kids, she applied for a loan to further invest in rebuilding her family’s business and secure their livelihood.  Her three children are in school, and together with her husband, she’s working hard to give them the best she can. “We hope they will finish with school and go to university in order to have an important profession,” Farzana Bibi Says.
