Ehsan Elahi Zaheer is a needy person who has the responsibility of feeding a large family. Living in a semi-urban area of Gujranwala, Ehsan did not have much opportunity to expand his business and fulfill the needs of his family easily. He runs a polishing service business which generates a limited amount of income, insufficient to fulfill his family’ expenses. Ehsan is a father of 6 children of whom 4 are school-going and the rest are young but have their independent needs too. Ehsan wants his children to gain quality education and do better jobs in future. The hand-to-mouth life has left Ehsan hopeless. Ehsan is Seed Out’s old borrower who set up his business through Seed Out’s loan and also completed his loan cycle the first time. However, this time, Ehsan wants a loan to expand his polishing business. Ehsan has requested a loan of $245 to expand his business by purchasing more raw material and put more labor into the work so that he can produce a large number of finished goods and sell to greater number of customers.
