A loan of $216 helped to expand a garments shop.
Fauzia Rasheed is a 43-year-old brave mother of 3 beautiful daughters. She is an independent woman who has stood tall for her daughters and raised them alone as a single mother. Fauzia got divorced a few years back since then she has been running the household and fulfulling her daughters' needs on her own. Currently, she runs a small garments retail store in Lahore which generates a small amount of income. Luckily with her little income and minimal savings, she got two of her daughters married. Being a reputable woman in her locality, people supported her and her ambition by buying clothes from her store. However, since the past few months, her business produces little or no income as there are only few items left to sell. As she has no money to invest, her business is in loss and she is unable to fulfill her household demands. Fauzia has sought Seed Out's help. She has requested a micro-loan of $216 to expand her garments shop. She will buy more clothes and other items to sell at her shop which will increase her income and will lead to greater profits. This will improve her household conditions and she will be able to save for her daughter's future.
It helps empower a female entrepreneur and save for her daughter's future.
