Balqees Akhtar is a dedicated mother who is willing to do everything possible so that her family doesn't suffer. Balqees and her family go through the torments of extreme poverty as the income they earn proves insufficient. Although, he works as a driver but since he has his own family to feed, he contributes a small amount to the household.
